Today on 11 September 2026 I received my Order #2235 through TCS Parcel No. 6885901209 from Hemani Herbals ( 2 bottles )of Zait Maujiza Herbal Hair Oil 200ml Oil , for which I paid AED 46. After opening the parcel, I checked the expiry date and found that both bottles expire in December 2026.
As an individual customer, I use this hair oil only for personal use and cannot reasonably finish two bottles within the short remaining period before expiry. I believe it is unacceptable to sell a product with such a limited shelf life without clearly informing customers before purchase.
I have been using this product for a long time and trust its quality, but I am very disappointed with this purchase. The product may not be expired yet, but it is very close to expiry, and I paid the full price expecting a product with a normal shelf life.
I kindly request a suitable solution, such as:
Replacement with fresher stock, or
A full refund.
