What's in the Hand & Foot Care Range

Every product here is built around the same idea: skin that works hard needs richer, slower care than a quick lotion. The range splits into five clear groups.

Foot care

Naturistic Foot Oil is the heavier of the two worked into heels, soles, and the sides of the feet, ideally at night so it has hours to sit rather than minutes. Naturistic Foot Spray 100ml is the lighter, faster option: a quick refresh for feet that have been in closed shoes all day, easy to keep in a bag or by the door. Many people use both spray through the day, oil before bed.

Nail and cuticle care

Naturistic Nail Serum and Naturistic Cuticle Serum 18ml target the two places hand care usually stops short. The cuticle serum is for dry, lifting skin around the nail edge; the nail serum conditions the plate itself. Both are small-volume, high-concentration formats a few drops, massaged in, is the whole application.

Skin relief

Eczema Relief Cream 40ml is formulated for dry, irritated patches on hands and feet, where friction and frequent washing make flare-ups worse. Apply to clean, dry skin. If a patch is broken, weeping, or spreading, see a doctor rather than treating it at home.

Herbal henna for hands

The henna line covers every format people actually use. Herbal Henna Cone Red gives the traditional deep rust-brown stain. Herbal Henna Cone Black and Black Henna Cone are for bolder outline work. Herbal Henna Cone Magic Colors is the option for coloured designs. For anyone doing volume a bridal party, an event, a full pair of hands and forearms the Herbal Henna Tube Black 33g is the more economical format than buying cones individually.

Perfume creams

Four solid fragrances round out the collection: Bakhoor, Oud, Mukhallat, and Laylatul Aroos. Cream perfumes go on at the wrists and behind the ears, sit closer to the skin than a spray, and travel without any leak risk useful for a handbag or a carry-on.

A Simple Routine That Actually Gets Followed

The routine people stick with is short. Three steps, most of it overnight:

  1. Wash and dry properly. Between the toes and around the nail beds especially trapped moisture undoes everything that follows.

  1. Treat the specific problem. Foot oil on heels and soles. Cuticle serum around the nails. Eczema cream only on the affected patches, not everywhere.

  1. Let it work while you sleep. Cotton socks over freshly oiled feet keeps the product on the skin instead of on the sheets, and softens rough heels far faster than daytime application.

Through the day, foot spray handles the in-between moments after a long shift, before heading out, any time feet feel hot and tired.

Frequently Asked Questions

How often should I use foot oil?

Nightly while heels are rough, then two or three times a week to maintain. Apply to clean, dry feet and give it time to absorb this isn't a product that works in five minutes.

What's the difference between the nail serum and the cuticle serum?

The cuticle serum conditions the skin around the nail the part that dries out, lifts, and catches. The nail serum conditions the nail plate itself. Brittle, peeling nails call for the nail serum; ragged edges call for the cuticle serum.

How long does henna from a Hemani cone last?

A stain typically holds for one to two weeks, depending on where it's applied and how often that skin is washed. Palms hold colour longest. Leave the paste on as long as you comfortably can before scraping it off, and keep the area away from water for the first several hours.

Which henna format should I buy?

Single cones for one person or a small design. The 33g tube if you're covering full hands and forearms or working on more than one person it works out cheaper per gram.

Can the Eczema Relief Cream be used on feet as well as hands?

Yes. It's intended for dry, irritated skin on either. It's a cosmetic moisturiser, not a medicine for a diagnosed skin condition, or anything that isn't improving, speak to a doctor.

Do perfume creams last as long as a spray?

They sit closer to the skin and project less, so the scent is more personal and often lasts well through a day. They're also spill-proof, which makes them the practical choice for travel.
